Mr. Buick Rasoulavi, the eldest son of Mirza Agha Rasoulavi, is an unforgetable figure in the Iranian cake and biscuit industry. He was born on the first day of Azar in 1335, and from his adolescence and youth, along with his father, he learned the techniques of producing cakes and cookies in a scientific and practical way. Years later, the father passed the job on to his sons, especially Mr. Buick Rasulovi.
Mr. Buick Rasoulavi, played a key role in setting up and developing the Dorna and Nilo cake and muffin factories with the aim of creating employment, preventing the outflow of foreign currency to import foreign products and offering quality Iranian products, . He imported devices that were unprecedented in Iran and there was nothing like them before.Years later, on a spring day in 2005, when it was raining heavily in the village of Benis, Mr. Rasoulovi decided to move the Benis cake and cookie factory to his hometown of Benis.
His most important goal was to create the conditions for reverse migration and to attract the maximum number of young people in the region. A plan that, despite many problems, showed patriotism and love for development and prosperity. With the introduction of up-to-date equipment, the active and diligent people were gradually attracted to this factory, and the Benis Cake and cookie Factory was built.
More than 2,000 people are now directly and indirectly employed at the Benis Cake and cookie Factory. In addition to cakes and cookies, the factory also produces high quality wafers, biscuits, chocolates, cupcakes and more.
